This year, the Gagliardi Group packed our bags and headed to Goldberry Woods in Michigan for a retreat filled with science, sunshine, laughter, and a whole lot of fun!
We kicked things off with our scientific meetings in the barn, where we shared ideas, talked research, brainstormed new directions, and got inspired by each other’s work. 🧪💡
Then it was time to switch gears! We explored the beautiful Warren Dunes, put our competitive spirits to the test with a lively night of Bingo at a local restaurant, and gathered around the outdoor fireplace for s’mores. 🔥🍫🎲
And to finish things off, we slowed down and got creative with a flower-picking and arrangement activity spread throughout the property. 🌸💐 There’s nothing quite like ending a retreat surrounded by flowers, good company, and plenty of smiles!
From barn meetings and big ideas to sandy trails, Bingo battles, campfire s’mores, and beautiful blooms, the 2026 Gagliardi Group Retreat had a little bit of everything.
Science, nature, adventure, creativity, and connection—we couldn’t have asked for a better retreat!
Feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful for this amazing team. Here’s to the memories we made and all the exciting things ahead! ✨
