Professional Experience
Josh received his bachelor’s and master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University where he worked with Professor Brandon Bukowski. He previously investigated the solubility of small, amphiphilic organic molecules using classical simulations, and worked on producing machine-learning potentials for lithium-sulfur systems. For his Ph.D., he aims to explore the use of machine learning in electronic structure theories to better understand catalytic reactions involving transition metals and actinides.
